માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં ભરતીનો માર્ગ મોકળો -કમિશનરની ભરતી કમિટીની બેઠકમાં તત્કાલ ભરતી માટે નિર્ણય લેવાયો -સમસ્યાનો ઉકેલ| હાઇસ્કૂલોમાં આચાર્ય અને શિક્ષકોની ભરતી પણ કરાશે. સમગ્ર ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં આગામી દિવસોમાં માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળા"માં શિક્ષકો અને આચાર્યોની ભરતીનો માર્ગ મોકળો થઇ ગયો છે કારણ કે શિક્ષણ વિભાગ, કમિશનર કચેરીની ભરતી કમિટિની મળેલી બેઠકમાં તત્કાલ ભરતી કરવાનો નિર્ણય લેવાયો છે. દિવ્ય ભાસ્કર ગ્રુપના અખબાર સૌરાષ્ટ્ર સમાચારમાં તા.14 ડિસેમ્બરે "50 ટકાથી વધુ હાઇસ્કૂલોમાં આચાર્યોની જગ્યા ખાલી' તેવા સમાચાર આવ્યા બાદ ભરતી વિભાગની બેઠકમાં રાજ્ય કક્ષાએ નિર્ણય લેવાયો છે. હાઇસ્કૂલોમાં અત્યાર સુધીમાં હાયર સેકેન્ડરી વિભાગમાં અત્યાર સુધી જે"એ શિક્ષકોને હાજર કર્યા નથી તેવી શાળાઓને તા.1 જાન્યુઆરી સુધીમાં આવા શિક્ષકોને "ર્ડર આપી દેવા તેવો નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. જેથી ભાવનગર જિલ્લા સહિત સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં ખાસ કરીને ધો.11 અને ધો.12માં શિક્ષકોની ઘટ છે તે પ્રશ્ન ઉકેલાઇ જશે.આ અંગે મળેલી માહિતી મુજબ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા અંતર્ગત જે ઉમેદવારોના વિવિધ પ્રમાણપત્રોનું વેરિફિકેશન બાકી હતું અને જો તેના આવા સર્ટિફિકેટ વેરિફાઇ થઇને આવી ગયા હોય તો તેઓને પણ તત્કાલ નિમણૂંકના ઓર્ડર આપી દેવા નિર્ણય કરાયો છે. સૌથી મહત્વની બાબત હાઇસ્કૂલોમાં આચાર્ય ભરતી અંગેની છે. તાજેતરમાં સંચાલક મંડળના કેસમાં આચાર્ય ભરતી પ્રકરણમાં જે સ્ટે હતો તે ઉઠી ગયો છે અને આથી ભરતી કમિટિની બેઠકમાં નિર્ણય કરવામાં આવ્યો છે કે હાઇસ્કૂલોમાં તાત્કાલિક આચાર્યની ભરતીની પ્રક્રિયાનો આરંભ કરી દેવો. જે શાળા"માં આચાર્યની આદેશ છતાં હાજર નથી કર્યા તેને તત્કાલ હાજર કરી દેવા અને તેની તમામ પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરવા નિર્ણય લીધો છે અને આ અંગે આગામી એકાદ બે દિવસમાં તમામ ડીઇઓને પણ વિધિવત જાણકારી આવી જશે તેમ જાણવા મળ્યું છે. આમ, આગામી દિવસોમાં આચાર્યો અને શિક્ષકોની લાંબા સમયથી ઠપ્પ થયેલી ભરતીની પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ થઇ જશે.

મહિલા વિદ્યાસહાયકોને હવે કેન્દ્રનાં ધોરણે પ્રસૂતિની રજા અપાશે

પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં ફરજ બજાવતી મહિલા વિદ્યાસહાયકોને કેન્દ્ર સરકારના ધોરણે પ્રસૂતિની રજા આપવાનો તાજેતરમાં નિર્ણય લેવાયો છે. સ્ત્રી વિદ્યાસહાયકોને અગાઉના ઠરાવ મુજબ ૧૩૫ દિવસની રજાનો લાભ મળતો હતો, પરંતુ કેન્દ્રના ધોરણે ૧૮૦ દિવસનો લાભ આપવાની ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક સંઘ દ્વારા વારંવાર માગણી કરાઈ હતી. આ માગણીને ધ્યાને લઈને ૨ ડિસેમ્બરથી આ લાભ આપવાનો ઠરાવ કરાયો છે. ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક સંઘની માગણી સ્વીકારવા બદલ સંઘના પ્રમુખ ચંદુલાલ જોશી અને મહામંત્રી બળદેવભાઈ ચૌધરીએ મુખ્યમંત્રીનો આભાર માન્યો છે. સંઘના મીડિયા કન્વિનર દિનેશ શાહે જણાવ્યું કે, ૧-૧૦-૨૦૧૪ના રોજ કે તે પછી જે મહિલા વિદ્યાસહાયકો પ્રસુતિની રજા પર હોય અથવા બિનપગારી રજા પર હોય તેઓને પણ આ લાભ મળશે.
